Already from 50,- € you get your delivery within Germany free of shipping costs!
From an order value of 50,- € we deliver free of charge to end customers within Germany. If the order value is lower, we have to pass on a part of the shipping costs to you. In this case we will charge you the cheapest rate for the transport.
Orders are processed via DHL. The cost of international shipping is based on the zones set by DHL and can be found in the following listing.

For tradesmen or certain occupational groups (e.g. non-medical practitioners or midwives) we will be happy to grant you special price and delivery conditions if the order frequency or status is correspondingly high. Delivery time
Orders received by 12 noon will be processed and shipped next working day, provided the items are in stock. Order entry, processing and dispatch usually take place within a maximum of seven working days. The delivery itself usually takes 2 working days and is delivered from Monday to Friday. Should we not be able to deliver the desired goods immediately, we will inform you immediately.

Did you get a wrong delivery from us, or are you dissatisfied with our products? Within 14 days you can return the delivery (initially please postage paid) to the following address:
