Rose hip is the fruit of the dog rose (Rosa canina L.) and belongs, like the sea buckthorn, to the native fruits with high concentration in vital materials. The ripe rose hip from organic farming is fully prepared by a modern freezedrying method and gentle grinded into an active powder and placed in protective cellulose capsules. The secondary metabolites, trace elements, galactolipids and unsaturated fatty acids are important nutrients for daily demands.
