Sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) contains essential fatty acids and is rich in natural vitamin E and carotenoids. The capsules contain equally pure oil from the pulp and seeds of the sea buckthorn berries. The carotenoids as pro-vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes and normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E protects the cell constituents from oxidative damage.
