Our natural pure evening primrose oil from the seeds of the evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) contains the essential linoleic acid and at least 9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Because of that the evening primrose oil, compared to other vegetable oils, is the top star in the content of GLA. Essential fatty acids must be adequately supplied with food every day because they cannot be produced by the body itself. The addition of natural vitamin E protects the sensitive fatty acids of this valuable oil from oxidation. Alternatively, we offer evening primrose oil also in capsule form (Art. Nr. 80190).
